CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER WANTED: Be a Rock for our Customers and our Business

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Handle all customer complaints and issues.
Train and mentor customer service representatives.
Appointment setter
Advising customers regarding insurance

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of experience working in the Insurance field.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Licenses required for Property & Casualty and Life & Disability

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
